Review - Laya Spot

Babeland sent me the Laya Spot and I had the opportunity to try it recently. Made by Fun Factory it’s size is 4-1/4” x 1-1/2”, compact and easy to slip in a bag or even a pocket. It’s made of hard plastic and elastomer and takes 2 x AAA batteries. As you can see from the picture it comes in four colours.

I was looking forward to experimenting this cute little vibe, its shape was appealing and I was keen to see if it would work as well as I imagined. The + and – buttons control the three buzz/pulse patterns and vibration speeds, the different patterns are pleasing and at maximum the speed is good but not overly intense, although it may not be intense enough for some. The area around the buttons lights up red when the vibe is turned on making it easy to see them in low light. It is also fairly quiet which is important to me as too much noise from a vibe can be very distracting.

Where the Laya Spot really wins is the shape, difficult to describe but take look at the picture. It is a beautifully designed vibe, obviously very well thought out and it fits in all the right ways. The design means it is easy to hold in the hand and apply to the clit with the buttons still very accessible. It rests snugly over the clit and in certain positions can be used hands free because of its shape. The rounded end can be inserted and the larger vibrating end still hits the clit nicely, there are also grooves in the large end which help it fit in place, it nestles between the labia (“in a delightful fashion” says my beautiful wife). It could also easily and effectively be used as a massage tool.

I’m very happy with this new addition, it worked very well and I can imagine it being used in a variety of different ways so I’ll certainly be giving regular outings. Check out the demo video for the Laya Spot at Babeland.
